The Challenge

In 2021, this client faced the challenge of establishing an agile team and upskilling their workforce to support their digital transformation efforts. They needed comprehensive training on agile principles, practices, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Our Approach

As the sole Scaled Agile Practice Consultant (SPC) at this organization, I conducted multiple internal SAFe training courses to equip the organization with the necessary knowledge and skills. We acted as a coaching reference for all levels of the solution train and management, providing guidance and support throughout the transformation journey.
